Production
Pre-cooling
We guarantee the quality of the hides directly from the slaughterhouse facilities. Before collection, they are cooled with ice manufactured and supplied from our own facilities.
We provide a very specific and innovative ice that preserves the quality of the raw material to the maximum, without affecting the grain of the leather and with a prolonged duration.
Transport
Our large fleet of refrigerated trucks collects the hides from our selected suppliers daily immediately after slaughtering.
Hides are shipped with the working standard of 1ºC.
All our vehicles have the approvals required for the transport of goods for human consumption.
Reception of raw material
Upon arrival, each hide is hung through a rail system for its subsequent control and classification.
The non-useable parts of each hide are removed manually.
Each hide is inspected in detail by a specialized operator based on control guidelines and is classified for further processing.
Salted process and storage
For customers who require it, we offer wet salted hides.
This process is carried out in a standardized way, guaranteeing maximum homogeneous and high-quality palletization.
The product is located with the FIFO system in specific storage areas until it is dispatched.
Shipment
We have our own fleet of refrigerated trailers for national and international transport that we supply to our main customers throughout Europe.
Hides are shipped with the working standard of 1ºC until it is delivered to the client.
All our vehicles have the approvals required for the transport of goods for human consumption.
For our customers outside of Europe, hides are shipped in sea containers.
