Rawhide is the basis of tanned leather and is the most important factor in the quality of the finished product. To do this, we are committed to ensuring the best origin, high quality and optimal conservation of hides to meet the demands of our customers.
We combine our experience with state-of-the-art equipment to continuously improve the quality of our hides.
Veterinary control number
Our production centers are authorized to supply raw materials for the production of gelatin and collagen for human consumption in accordance with CE regulations.
We have the veterinary control number ES-238CAT-A14 at our production center in Catalonia and the veterinary control number 41.00002/TO at our division in Toledo.
Traceability
We have a strict traceability system that allows us to trace the raw material from its origin until the delivery of the final product to the customer.
Our traceability system provides greater control over the sustainable origin of the leather, while providing important information related to the quality of the product.
Sustainable cooling
We have an innovative AKO equipment for sustainable and efficient cooling in our facilities, consisting of multiple controllers, sensors, gas detectors, among other elements.
Our cooling system ensures the inhibition of bacteriological attacks, ensuring that our hides are qualified as raw material for human consumption products, and reduces energy consumption to a minimum.
